Your stay at River View, a luxury self catering holiday apartment in York, includes use of the apartment from 3pm from start of booking until 12 noon on the last day, normally Friday to Friday;  free car parking for one car; welcome pack of basic kitchen items and more luxurious treats; information pack.

Prices per week range from £400 – £700 at peak time (holidays and race meetings), contact us for a price. Bookings dates are flexible. Scroll down below to check out availability.

A 20% deposit is required on booking, with the balance due 4 weeks before arrival.

Special Occasions: If you are planning to celebrate then River View can be decorated, with champagne on ice, chocolates, fruit and flowers provided – please let us know what you require and we’ll be happy to help.

Breakfast packs are available which  include eggs from our own free range hens.

Special offers: Christmas Tree and trimmings up from mid-November until New Year.  Special bookings for Race Meetings.

NB: No pets or smoking in the apartment. If you have small children please consider that there is a balcony on the first floor and remain vigilant.
