GUIDE TO 23 WOODSMILL QUAY

Hello we thought we would provide this guide so you know what the apartment contains and will help you plan you stay to make it more enjoyable.

External

The car park is accessed from Skeldergate through an archway signed Woodsmill Quay. There are 6 parking spaces and the space for Apartment 23 is on the right hand side closest to the barrier control box, the number 23 is laid into the floor.  The barrier is raised by pushing the green button on the back of the control box.

The block for no. 23 is on the right hand side of the quad, near the potted plants.  The mail box is on the wall on the right.  Your door key will be in the mail box.

There is a single step of about 6 inches.  The yale type key opens the front door and No. 23.

The apartment is on the first floor, use either stairs or lift.

Internally there are beams and exposed brickwork through the apartment.

Storage cupboards at floor and eye level containing 8 settings of various glassware, crockery, and cutlery, plus jugs, serving dishes.  Separate inventory for detail.
